How it works

A provably fair crash game draws its multiplier so that the chance of reaching x or higher is simply RTP ÷ x. At 97% RTP a 2× target comes in 48.5% of the time and a 10× target 9.7% of the time; the rest of the time the round crashes before you cash out.

Multiply that chance by the payout and the target cancels out: every cash-out point carries the same expected value, −(1 − RTP) of your stake. A higher target buys no edge — it only trades frequent small wins for rare big ones, which is why long losing streaks are normal rather than a sign that a big multiplier is 'due'.

How crash odds are calculated

A provably fair crash game is built so that the chance of a round reaching x or higher is RTP ÷ x. Aviator runs at 97% RTP, so a 1.5× target comes in 64.7% of the time, 2× comes in 48.5%, 5× in 19.4% and 10× in 9.7%. The remaining probability is the round crashing before your auto cash-out fires — including the instant crash at 1.00 that accounts for the missing 3%.

Because the payout is exactly the multiplier you set, the two cancel out: x × (RTP ÷ x) = RTP. Whatever target you pick, you get back about 97 cents per dollar on average. The calculator shows that expected value explicitly, so you can watch it stay flat while you move the target around.

Why no cash-out target beats the house

This is the most misunderstood thing about crash games. A low target feels safe and a high one feels greedy, but both carry the same −3% edge. What actually changes is the shape of the outcome: a 1.2× strategy wins roughly 81% of rounds and bleeds slowly, while a 50× strategy wins under 2% of rounds and spends long stretches with nothing at all. Same expectation, wildly different ride.

It is also why 'predictor' apps cannot work. The multiplier comes from a seed committed before the round begins, so no pattern in past rounds carries information about the next one. At 97% RTP the chance of any round reaching 2× or higher is 97 ÷ 2 = 48.5%. A 2× auto cash-out therefore loses slightly more often than it wins.

Does a higher cash-out target make more money?expand_more

No. Expected value is RTP − 1 regardless of the target, because the payout and the probability cancel. A higher target only makes wins rarer and larger.

Do crash predictors work?expand_more

No. The result is fixed by a seed committed before the round starts, so past rounds tell you nothing about the next. Any tool promising predictions is selling you something.
