ICM (independent chip model)
Converts tournament chip stacks into real prize-money equity.
ICM values a stack by the prize money it can expect to win rather than its raw chip count, because near the money chips gained are worth less than chips lost. It drives final-table deals and short-stack push/fold decisions. Think of it as the tournament form of Equity.
