Tricast Calculator
Three ordered finishing positions
How it works
An exacta or forecast selects the first two finishers in order; a tricast or trifecta selects three; a superfecta selects four. A box covers every ordered arrangement of the chosen runners. A banker locks a distinct runner into one specified finishing position. Enter the declared return per unit to calculate a winning ticket's payout.
A four-runner trifecta box has 4 × 3 × 2 = 24 tickets. At 0.50 each it costs 12. A declared dividend of 100 per unit pays 50 if one ticket wins.
Chosen runners include bankers. Bankers are fixed to distinct exact positions; this is not a floating-banker wheel. No dead heats, scratches or pool-price prediction. Dividend is the gross return per 1 unit, not per 2 or per 10.
